Fees, permissible compensation, contractual requirements, and recovery procedures can vary by jurisdiction and type of property or proceeding. Your written service agreement will disclose the terms applicable to your matter before you agree to work with us.
No Guarantee of Recovery
Identifying potential funds does not establish legal entitlement to those funds. Ownership interests, liens, competing claims, estates, court orders, deadlines, documentation requirements, applicable law, and other circumstances may affect whether funds can be recovered and to whom they may be distributed.
Forged Prosperity does not guarantee the existence, amount, eligibility, timing, or successful recovery of any funds.
Independent Verification
If we contact you, you are encouraged to ask us what information led to our communication and, where appropriate, independently verify it through the relevant court, county, government agency, trustee, treasurer, clerk, sheriff, or other official custodian.
You are never required to hire Forged Prosperity simply because we contacted you.
Professional Assistance
